I met Ellen and Sawyer last fall when they wanted a family session at Maryville College. I am always so excited to meet new clients, but these two really stood out! They love the Lord and they are genuinely amazing human beings. Their little boy, Deacon, is also too cute for his own good! He makes me think a lot of my own little boy, since the two of them are only a few months apart.

Ellen and I messaged back and forth last month about Deacon’s first birthday party and I could not wait to capture it! I loved watching the family and friends gather around this sweet little boy and shower him with love! His party was decorated with the cutest zoo animals with party hats (seriously.. SO CUTE) and a delicious breakfast spread. So fun!

Deacon’s play room was included in the party area, so I was able to capture the little details. It was so bright and fun!
