Where to even begin with these three?!

Just a few weeks ago, I took photos of Erica and Cody when they were waiting for sweet Roman to arrive. I get to interact with a lot of excited parents, but these two are just straight up GIDDY about being parents to Roman.

Fast forward to the arrival of this precious baby and I got to see Erica and Cody in action as parents. The entire time I was taking these photos, Cody was attentive to anything Erica needed–food, water… you name it (heart melt). They both couldn’t take their eyes off of Roman and they were constantly playing with his hair (ok.. I am OBSESSED with his hair.. hence the dozens of hair photos I took–whoops) and touching his baby toes.

Despite the sleepless nights, this is one of the sweetest stages in parenthood. There is just something about the new baby smell, the tiny toes and fingers, and all of the stretches and yawns! <3
